Rewards Terms

1. The program

Grilled Rewards is a free loyalty program run by Grilled Shawarma ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't join.

2. Your account

• One account per person. It's for your own use and can't be shared, sold or transferred.
• Give us accurate details and keep your phone number up to date. We sign you in with a code sent to that number.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

3. Earning points

• You earn points on eligible purchases at our locations and online when your account is linked to the order. The current earning rate is shown in the app.
• Not every purchase earns points. For example, taxes, tips, delivery fees and gift card purchases may not count.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points it earned are removed.
• Points can't be added to a purchase after the fact unless we choose to fix a mistake.

4. Using points and rewards

• Rewards and their point cost are shown in the app and depend on availability at each location.
• Points and rewards have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred.
• Rewards can't be combined with other offers unless the offer says so.
• Your points don't expire while your account is open and the program is running.

5. Changes to the program

We may change the earning rate, the rewards, their point cost, or these terms, and we may pause or end the program. We'll post changes on this page with a new date. If we end the program, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can use your points.

6. Closing an account

• You can ask us to close your account at any time. Unused points are lost when it closes.
• We may suspend or close an account, and remove its points, if it's used for fraud or abuse, breaks these terms, or was opened with false information.

7. Messages

We text you one-time codes to sign in; that's needed to use your account. We only send offers and promotions by email or text if you said yes, and you can turn them off anytime in your account. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Liability

The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with Grilled Rewards is limited to the value of the points or reward involved. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
